We are a manufacturing project management company. We work as an extension of your design and procurement teams. We translate your ideas from concept to full production, utilizing the most cost effective Asian suppliers and processes.

We will match your project needs to the most appropriate vendors in the region. We will insure a smooth and cost effective product transition for your company. The product quality levels can range from consumer to commercial grades, depending on your level of desired quality.

Project Consultation:
Our Product Management professionals have several years of product development, manufacturing and project management experience. We will discuss the details of the material, manufacturing, quality and logistic processes, which are required to make a total value decision. We will review your project time frames and goals to insure that your project delivers the desired results on time.

Budget and Estimates:
We bring years of experience in sourcing a wide range of commodities in the region. We will assist you during the estimating process, by reviewing your return on investment and payback analysis. We will find the appropriate total cost to value ratio to insure your project delivers the savings required. We interface with all major software platforms to insure we communicate your needs to qualified suppliers quickly. Conceptual design reviews are often expedited through the use of Stereo lithograph (SLA), 3D modeling and sampling.

Design reviews and First article approvals:
Before beginning any production volume fabrication, whether it is a component or a complete product assembly, we will submit first articles for your product design review. This will secure a successful product launch by allowing revisions prior to volume production being deployed.

Quotation and Negotiation:
Having negotiated millions of dollars worth of materials in Asia, our local Hong Kong office will negotiate on your behalf with several qualified suppliers in the region. We will align our quotation process with your desired pricing and quality level to insure that the quotes received are appropriate for the project. There is a tangible value associated with negotiating your project in the native language, often actually in the factory itself.

Manufacturing:
Your products will be manufactured in the factory of your choice. We encourage our customers to visit our offices in Hong Kong and plan a trip to the supplier facilities, to insure a first hand appraisal of our project management qualifications in Asia. We recognize that changes and revisions are an inherent part of obtaining the final design. We have an open line of communication throughout the production process, to insure that your revisions are being implemented as fast as possible with a minimum amount of downtime and cost to your business.

Quality:
Both in-process quality inspections and final inspections are performed as outlined by ��you the customer��. If for any reason the product quality is not up to the standard you have defined, immediate corrective action is taken. We will provide you with all of the quality performance data required by your internal quality systems. A majority of our supply base has received and maintains ISO certification. We have worked with local third party inspection services which are also available.

Logistics:
There is nothing more frustrating the implementing all of the economies of product sourcing in Asia, just to have it lost due to a poor logistics plan. At FEECO HK Ltd, we recognize the importance of managing the complete order cycle and shipping process to insure that your goods arrive on schedule at their desired location. We will recommend freight forwarders and customer brokers as needed or utilize your existing carriers. We have been moving product in and out of Asia for many years, and communicate with local carriers and brokers in their native languages.
